medium Nessus Network Monitor Plugin ID 9918

Synopsis

The remote web server hosts an application that is vulnerable to multiple attack vectors.

Description

The version of JIRA installed on the remote host is earlier than 6.4.11 and is affected by a flaw that exists as certain user-supplied content is not properly sanitized before being included and subsequently rendered in a velocity template source. With a specially crafted request, an authenticated, remote attacker can execute arbitrary Java code.
