Renaud Deraison is chief technology officer of Tenable. Prior to co-founding Tenable, Renaud redefined the vulnerability management market by authoring Nessus, the world’s most widely deployed vulnerability scanner, with over one million downloads. Nessus has received numerous awards, including SC Magazine’s 2015 five-star “Best Buy” rating, SANS Institute’s Best of 2015 Award for vulnerability assessment, and Network World Asia’s 2015 award for best vulnerability assessment and management product.


Jack Huffard

As president and chief operating officer of Tenable, Jack Huffard is responsible for driving all global revenue growth and leading the company’s corporate strategy and organizational growth.

John Negron
Chief Revenue Officer
John Negron, chief revenue officer (CRO) of Tenable, is a cybersecurity industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise software. In his previous role at Cisco, John co-pioneered the creation and launch of the cybersecurity business unit, leading more than 800 field sales professionals and engineers as a result of the acquisitions of Sourcefire, Cognitive Security, ThreatGrid, OpenDns and Lancope. During his tenure, his team grew the business to over $2 billion in annual sales.

Jennifer Johnson, chief marketing officer (CMO) of Tenable, is one of the most notable enterprise software marketers in the industry. Prior to joining Tenable, she served as the first-ever CMO at Tanium, building one of the most innovative brands in the industry and positioning the company as a dominant force in the cybersecurity and enterprise IT markets. During her tenure, she led the company through consecutive years of triple-digit hypergrowth.

As general counsel of Tenable, Stephen Riddick leads the legal department, and applies his experience with high-growth and global companies to help the company meet expanding market opportunities through accelerated growth, international expansion and technology innovation.


Bridgett Paradise

Bridgett Paradise brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as Chief People Officer. She is leads Tenable’s human resources strategy and policies, global recruitment efforts and organizational development programs designed to drive Tenable’s next phase of growth and international expansion.

As chief product officer, Dave Cole leads initiatives in continued technology innovation and product excellence. He is an accomplished security veteran with a history of leading product innovation and building highly scalable systems, including product design and development for SaaS and cloud.


Brad Pollard
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Brad manages Tenable’s global information technology organization that manages critical technology systems supporting the company’s worldwide sales, marketing and service efforts, as well as the enterprise systems and applications for all corporate processes. He is also tasked with using technology to better align Tenable’s business and operational functions.

Previously, Amit served as founding director of the United States Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT) program in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He was also founder and CEO of Riptech, one of the first managed security service providers (MSSP), which was acquired by Symantec in 2002. Amit currently serves as a board member and adviser to several security startups. In addition, he is recognized as a thought leader and influencer in the security industry, and is often sought out to provide expert commentary on his vision for the future of cybersecurity at industry events and in the media.
Jack Huffard

Before co-founding Tenable, Jack was director of corporate development for Enterasys Networks, where he was involved with the acquisitions of Network Security Wizards (developer of the Dragon Intrusion Detection System) and Indus River Networks. In this role, he developed corporate strategy for addressing network security market needs. Before joining Enterasys, Jack held various management and sales positions at John Hancock and Marriott Corporation.
He received the 2013 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for defense and security, together with Tenable co-founders Ron Gula and Renaud Deraison. Jack currently serves on the Washington & Lee University Entrepreneurial Advisory Board and the SunTrust Bank Greater Washington Advisory Board. He holds a BS from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Babson College.
Ping Li
General Partner, Accel
Ping Li joined Accel in 2004 and focuses on enterprise software application and infrastructure investments. He is the lead investor and board member at Blue Jeans, Cloudera (public), Code 42, Plays.tv, Sysdig and Trifacta. Ping is also active in the security space as an investor at Illumio, Lookout Mobile Security, Tenable and previously, Imperva. He was also responsible for numerous past investments with notable exits, including Arista (public), Nimble Storage (public), Reactivity (acquired by Cisco) and RelateIQ (acquired by Salesforce). Prior to Accel, Ping served as product line manager and director of corporate development at Juniper Networks. He started his technology career in Asia working for Singapore Telecom and Goldman Sachs Asia's technology practice. Ping advises the Accel Innovation Scholars program at Stanford University, where he works with PhD students learning about entrepreneurship. He is also an advisor to Heavybit, a community for developer- and operations-focused entrepreneurs. Ping is from New Jersey and graduated from Harvard and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
John Locke

John Locke joined Accel in 2009 and helps lead the firm’s growth fund. He focuses on consumer and SaaS companies. John is the lead investor and board member in SeatGeek, GoFundMe, Wyzant, Invoice2Go, Pond5, QMC Telecom, and The Zebra. John's also on the board of Tenable. He works closely with the teams at CrowdStrike and WorldRemit and formerly, Lightspeed (acquired by CDPQ), Braintree/Venmo (acquired by PayPal) and OzForex (public). John grew up in Ashland, Ohio and graduated from Princeton.
Richard Wells
Managing Director, Insight
Richard Wells has over 18 years of experience in investing and advising managers of high growth software and Internet companies. At Insight he focuses on investments in infrastructure software and SaaS companies. He currently oversees the investments or serves on the boards of Checkmarx, Sonarsource, Sparefoot, Tenable and TriTech Software. Richard previously led investments in AirWatch (acquired by VMware), Beyondtrust (acquired by Veritas Capital), Buddy Media (acquired by Salesforce.com), HealthcareSource (acquired by Francisco Partners), Kinnser Software (acquired by Mediware), Metalogix (acquired by Permira), Netsmart Technologies (acquired by Genstar Capital), Primavera (acquired by Oracle), Shopify (NYSE: SHOP) and SmartBear Software (acquired by Francisco Partners).
Richard joined Insight in 2005 from Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV), where he was an investment professional with a focus on software, online media and e-commerce. Prior to Insight, Richard worked in product management for enterprise data protection products at Veritas Software (now part of Symantec), and in field sales for Paciolan Systems (now part of Ticketmaster). He began his career as a management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting, where he advised global technology companies on their marketing and business strategies.
Richard received a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (Phi Beta Kappa, summa cum laude) and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He grew up in Southern California and resides in Manhattan with his wife, son and daughter. Thanks to his father’s New England roots, Richard is an avid Boston Red Sox fan and is already having a lot of fun passing this along to his children.
Brooke Seawell

Brooke Seawell is the chairman of the audit committee on Tenable's board of directors. Brooke brings more than 35 years of industry experience in finance, accounting, governance and business operations to Tenable, including previous executive roles as chief financial officer at leading technology companies such as Synopsys (NASDAQ: SNPS) and Weitek (NASDAQ: WWTK). Brooke currently serves on the Board of Directors of a number of category-leading public technology companies including Tableau Software, Inc. (NYSE: DATA), and NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA), and during his career has been involved in ten IPOs and numerous acquisitions. Brooke is currently a Venture Partner at NEA, focusing on software, systems and internet investments, and was previously a Partner with Technology Crossover Ventures (TCV) from 2000 - 2004. Brooke holds an M.B.A and B.A. from Stanford University and previously served on the Management Board of the Stanford Business School and on the Stanford Athletic Board.
Arthur W. Coviello, Jr.

Since his retirement as the chief executive officer of RSA, Art Coviello has remained very active in the security industry, investing in and advising a number of security startups as a private investor and in his roles as a Venture Partner at Rally Ventures (an early stage investor in business technologies) and as an adviser to ClearSky Security Fund.
A Senior Adviser to McKinsey’s Cyber Security Practice, Mr. Coviello also works with companies, industries, and governments to continue informing and shaping the evolution of security strategy to meet the challenges facing organizations today and tomorrow. Mr. Coviello’s decades of expertise and influence have made him a recognized leader in the field and a regular speaker at conferences and forums around the world.
Prior to RSA, Mr. Coviello had extensive operating and financial management expertise in several technology companies.
He started his career as a certified public accountant at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (Deloitte.)
Mr. Coviello serves on the Boards of Directors at Synchrony Financial, Cylance, Bugcrowd, Tenable, and Capsule8.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Massachusetts in 1975 with a BBA, concentration in accounting.

Renaud continues to contribute to the global security community, including authoring three patents related to network scanning and security and publishing his work in a variety of respected books and magazines. In 2013, Renaud received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for defense and security, together with Ron Gula and Jack Huffard.
Steve Vintz

Steve Vintz is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of financial, operational and strategic planning experience working with growth companies in the technology industry. As CFO of Tenable, he oversees finance, legal, human resources and information technology worldwide.
Previously, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Vocus, Inc. from 2001 until its sale in Juni 2014. During his tenure, he positioned the company for 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth and rapid expansion, including an IPO, a follow-on offering and several acquisitions. Prior to Vocus, Steve was vice president of strategic planning and analysis at Snyder Communications, where he played a lead role in over 45 acquisitions and oversaw its growth from $86 million to nearly $1 billion in revenue. He also worked for Ernst & Young’s entrepreneurial services/middle market group in Washington, DC and Baltimore.
Steve has received numerous awards and distinctions during his career, including being named Northern Virginia Technology Council's public company CFO of the year. He is a certified public accountant and holds a BBA from Loyola College Sellinger School of Business.

Before joining Tenable, Stephen was a senior member of the legal department at Praxair, Inc., a Fortune 250 producer and distributor of industrial gases, related technologies and services with operations in more than 30 countries. He provided legal support for the company’s businesses in Western Europe, Russia and Mexico, as well as for its global mergers and acquisitions team.
Prior to joining Praxair, Stephen was a partner at two top-tier global law firms, where he advised client executives and boards of directors at high-growth public and private companies in technology and other industries. Stephen holds a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a BA in economics from the University of Virginia.
Bridgett Paradise

Bridgett Paradise brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as Chief People Officer. She is leads Tenable’s human resources strategy and policies, global recruitment efforts and organizational development programs designed to drive Tenable’s next phase of growth and international expansion.
Bridgett is an accomplished and results-oriented human resources executive with a strong track record of building high-performing teams. Prior to joining Tenable, Bridgett served as Chief People Officer for Citadel Securities, the global financial institution based in Chicago. She held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where her responsibilities spanned global talent management and recruitment as well as organizational design and employee benefits. Bridgett also spent more than 20 years at Microsoft Corporation, where she last held the role of General Manager, Human Resources for the Worldwide Services division.
Bridgett holds an MS in human resources management from Marymount University in Washington, D.C. and a BA in business communications from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C.

Previously, he served as senior vice president of worldwide sales at Sourcefire, scaling the company from zero to $300 million in revenue, up through the acquisition by Cisco for $2.7 billion. He also held management roles at Riverbed Technologies, AXENT Technologies and EDP Security before its acquisition by SunGard.

Jennifer Johnson, chief marketing officer (CMO) of Tenable, is one of the most notable enterprise software marketers in the industry. Prior to joining Tenable, she served as the first-ever CMO at Tanium, building one of the most innovative brands in the industry and positioning the company as a dominant force in the cybersecurity and enterprise IT markets. During her tenure, she led the company through consecutive years of triple-digit hypergrowth.
Previously, Jennifer was a partner at venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, where she worked closely with its portfolio companies on go-to-market strategy. She also served as CMO at Coverity, re-positioning and scaling the company up through its acquisition by Synopsys. Additionally, she has held product marketing and marketing leadership positions at HP Software, Mercury Interactive, Symantec and Veritas Software.
Dave Cole

As chief product officer, Dave Cole leads initiatives in continued technology innovation and product excellence. He is an accomplished security veteran with a history of leading product innovation and building highly scalable systems, including product design and development for SaaS and cloud.
Previously, Dave served as chief product officer at CrowdStrike, where he drove the design, development and support of the company’s cloud-based endpoint security product. Prior to CrowdStrike, he led product management for Norton at Symantec. As a seasoned product leader, Cole also held senior product positions at Foundstone and Internet Security Systems. Dave graduated with a BBA degree, magna cum laude, from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Brad Pollard
Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Brad manages Tenable’s global information technology organization that manages critical technology systems supporting the company’s worldwide sales, marketing and service efforts, as well as the enterprise systems and applications for all corporate processes. He is also tasked with using technology to better align Tenable’s business and operational functions.
With more than 23 years of information technology experience, including 15 in management, Brad has led organizational transformation through the strategic adoption and management of IT solutions, as well as navigated and resolved enterprise-level governance issues. Brad has over 15 years of security experience, previously holding management positions with both Cisco and Sourcefire. He holds a Masters of Science in Technology Management from University of Maryland University College.
